Overall I think the Factional Warfare(FW) game mode is being used wrong even though it is the perfect oportunity for CCP to create a start to a believable link between Eve and Dust514. I personally get no feeling that I'm actually helping anything...

I can run sniper on the new maps fine, the main problem is 1.4 has brought back the terrible hit detection for TAC sniper rifles. I am getting to many blue flares from shields with no damage dealt. But all in all, CCP want assault class', with AR.

I don't think range is right, my idesa would be to have the same laser stream as the light version, just have 3 lasers. so it does 3x more dmg. Or one larger diameter beam, with 2x the damage.
