They're perfect, except against redline rails. I have 2 super-tanked dropships right now. 2 heavy plates/extenders. Sad thing is, they probably still aren't as tough as a normal hardened one. Hardeners are OP as hell.

With the change to the gallente assault skill, shotguns will be able to be considered an assault weapon, and not just a scout weapon. With that, the base range needs to be increased.

The current maps are still somewhat a form of testing for when we get to fight over the entire district rather than small maps. With the size of the warzones, you can't expect every area to have tons of cover.
