No weapon should do >100% damage anywhere other than the head hit box. And, that multiplier should be consistent across ALL weapons. Not one with 65% efficacy and one with 450% efficacy. If it's 20% more effective against Armor, for example, ...

Let's petition to get Sharpshooter (Dispersion) on HMGs included in 1.7 with a 10% reduction to current dispersion. The other high dispersion weapons get it, and it makes a healthy improvement to those weapons when applied. Why not ours?
