If they didn't let anyone pilot a vehicle unless they have the skills to drive it, it would save a lot of problems all around. A fellow pilot who is in your tank and takes it is being a jerk and that's a whole different issue than being a noob ...

Because the majority of pilots will go Tanks until they have a way to get their own SP... Because relying on gunners for the MAJORITY of your SP is bad game design. Teamwork is the same regardless, it's still 12 v 12.

I've solo killed Sagaris and Suryas, and even soloed one of each within a minute or so. Level up Anti-Vehicle skills and they can be killed like anything else. Just don't expect a 0 skill point Militia Swarm Launcher to solo a 5 Million+ sp Maura...

I would LOVE a random landscape to meet up with friends or just solo test stuff. It would be great not only for testing but to give a social hang out spot to develop commnity. Deployable Shooting dummies that report damage taken would be a bonus.

I think all non-pilots should be able to use little motorcycles or unarmed cars or something for getting around, and require LAV's and up to have the skill trained in order to pilot them. Personally, I'd love to do some GTA style motorcycle stun...
