You only need proficiency 3 to use them. The sad thing is that luck seems to favor those who do poorly in matches to get any form of loot in pub matches. I did pick up 3 x Thales twice last week and 3 x Gastun's Forge this week. Barely anything in...

Uplinks are more useful to win the battle. Active scanner is more fun to use when hunting. That's why my latest scout suit is a Minmatar Logistics. The scout really needs two equipment slots.

I've been running the GK-13 on most of my suits for the last week since it is supposed to be the model for the Minmatar Combat Rifle. It's OK but not great. I get a decent number of kills but it sure feels like more work. Its like the weird bastar...
