I have 42 Thales in my inventory. I used one once in a match. Maybe I should fit it again just to induce enemy rage. It seems like it may work as a tactic to draw the enemy off of objectives. Thales: bringing PSYOPS to DUST.

I think it will be 8 mil. The only thing I'm taking advantage of is losing two basic frames at 5 although I'm still debating one. At most I'll be switching 1.2 mil to advanced Minmatar Sentinel and the left over into cloaking.
