Cloaked shotgun scouts can get a shot or two off before they fully decloak. From your description, this is the most likely cause of your deaths. It's a bug and will be fixed SOON(TM).

30 or 10, depending on the amount I use each type of suits. IE: 'Cheap' suits I keep 30 of the more expensive suits I keep 10 of, unless it's my proto logi, I keep 30 of those on hand at all times. Vehicles I keep at 5.
