How about an LAV-based event? For every 5 kills with an LAV TURRET , you gain 10,000 ISK and a special variant LAV. There would be no cap to how much ISK and LAVs can be earned to reinforce the use of LAV turrets, which have seen a decline in use.

Also, the rail rifle's spool-up is a joke. Make it like a 5-second charge-up to reduce spam. Assault rifles otherwise will have no place on the battlefield.
