I don't doubt the fact that your upgraded suit got some more HP, but what did you fit? Did you play around with PG and CPU upgrades? Did you go for Min-Maxing? Or did you just do a straight upgrade of what was already on the suit?

That isn't a nerf... The scrambler rifle is just as effective, its just that weaker targets are not *as* weak. A ScR nerf would be: "A target with a pre-set fitting survives longer against a ScR after the patch, as compared to before the patch". ...
