Scanners are really bad, even at proto. I can't imagine why they even put a basic one on that suit. Basic scanners have no place on the battlefield. This is exactly why I have not bought an apex suit yet.

Im not really trying to get the Tac nerfed, I was a Tac user before the ScR even existed. I love the new Tac. I was just commenting on how the recent nerfs to the ScR plus the buffs to the TaR has basically just switched my use of the two weapons....

ScR is dead. I only pull mine out to fend off cal-scouts anymore. CCP says buy a respec for the new FOTM, gal-ass with TacAR. Luckily, I already had the AR specced. Now I just have to spec the Gal-ass.
