Gallente assaults could use a bonus to Armor rep instead of shield. Who puts a shield bonus on a armor tanked suit? 1.4 will do a LOT for gallente, and amarr, but the assault will still lack because it has a crappy bonus.

AV grenades are the biggest issue and should be removed IMO. The rest of the AV is fine. AFG might need a small tweak to charge time, it really does charge WAY to fast. Also, we don't have proto tanks.. so try and balance with that in mind.
