One weapon slot isn't feasible and gimps the min scout who gets a knife bonus. If there were going to be a slot nerf, just demote the light weapon slot to a sidearm slot. This would fix the non skill tactic of shotgun/cloak.

Minis have the highest cpu and lowest pg of the scouts Shield extenders have a high pg cost to make caldari buffer tank, and shield regen mods have an insane amount of cpu costs because they were design for the min to regen tank (and not caldari).
