Random tip for KB/M users: TURN OFF MOUSE SOOTHING. If you don't, your aiming speed is as quick as a turtle. Put your sensitivity to 90. I don't recommend 100 because it literally spazzes all over the place.

I can confirm that this issue occasionally happens with KB/M as well. It usually happens if you stop firing and try to throw a grenade immediately and for a few seconds your grenade key will become unresponsive.

This crappy issue started for me from yesterday. Only happens sometimes when I try to leave in middle of a match. Also I just got an endless loading screen and when I tried to exit the game, PS3 restarted. I always quit games using the PS button.
