What a waste. I can fit a standard just fine and save money. More fitting power just doesn't do anything. Please Rat, cut tiered basic tanks and add the role tanks with bonuses instead of mods. Give me a reason to spend more isk.

Run it like an assault with armor, an assault scram rifle and a stamina mod (for repeated jumping). Might also try to pop a myo on there to help with big jumps out of danger. Not the ungodly jumps, but just enough to bounce out of the way of fire.

I have yet to see a difference. Is it because I am on Automatic server selection? CCP needs to just do auto select for everyone and further matchmake based on ping and whether your corp name is spanish or asian vs english. That'd pretty much take...
