Both are light weapons but the precision uses rails. I also submitted an AV revamp of the mass Driver for the minmatar. Maybe if we are very lucky rattati will like them. Precision rifle does 50% to vehicles... unless you hit the weakspot for full weakspot damage. Arc cannon is kinda a cross between the laser rifle and a fusion rifle. Mass driver is a grenade launcher. Although I wouldn't complain if rattati made it fire flaylock style rounds insteas. There's never enough sh**posting going on, so let's add a few more teaspoons of the guy posting after me to the recipie!
