Everyone was crying about fixing up a match-making system cuz they were too butt hurt about getting killed by good players. Now we can't even get a full match anymore. About every match is lopsided now - 13 vs 10, or 12 vs 7, etc. Sometimes even 12 vs 4. Also, I know nobody wants to join in the end of a match but when the match is already that lopsided, you just wish a couple people could join in halfway to even it out a bit, cuz once a match has gotten started no more people are pulled in unless it's the first minute or so. It wasn't too long ago we would battle 16 vs 16 people (or maybe down 1 or 2). Now I can't hardly get in a full match no matter what time the day.
Unless there's 100k or more people playing, then please let it go back to how it was. I've had plenty bad matches where I felt I was against people with way more SP than me, but not only could you still find ways to deal with it, it made you a better player. Either way I'd rather get my but kicked a little than to run around a large map trying to hunt down the few enemies looming around.
And to top it all off, it didn't even seem to make a difference on matching people up with others of equal skill because I still run into both hardened killers and complete morons in the same matches.
If we can't fill battles anymore, I probably speak for others as well that the game has finally lost it's playability. |

Please CCP allow people to join a battle up to half way through so if a couple quit then there's a chance someone will replace them while there's still time in the battle for it to be worth it for the people joining. I never minded joining the end of a match cuz, although you had to wait to load, it was still a bit of free ISK and SP. |

From where I stand, things feel the same. Before the matchmaking "fix" I've been in full 16v16 battles that were effectively 12v4 and such like I experience post-"fix."
Just because slots were filled back then, does not mean they were filled by active players. Now, you (or I, rather, as this is my experience), don't get the false feeling that matches were filled: They are as empty now as they've always been.
The act of ruining ruins that are already ruined is rather redundant, and the end result is still ruins.

I actually have not had a single match yet that was not 16 v 16 today. When someone dropsm another person is actually coming in!!
So i'm not sure what you talking about anymore.. they were not getting filled before..but they are fairly quick now |

No more easy kill.
No more easy droped nanohive, uplik, etc.
Now you must think where and how to engage.
This is more important for me then all my eforts go down, becasue 12 more people that just spawn and died.

There isn't much i complained about (only the ferascale plates glitch) but i cant afford a PS4 :( That is why I always say that Dust shouldn't port 
It will be over soon, and when the Dust settles, no one will be left playing.

I could only play dust for one night this week, and only for a couple hours. I went into a total of 5 matches as a solo player Sunday. I did very well in most these matches (roughly 20ish-5ish each match) yet lost 4 matches in a row. Out of these 4 battles, 2 had already started when I joined. At the start of the 5th battle I received a fatal error and had to hard shutoff my ps3. Said fuckit and went back to Kerbal Space Program.
Really makes it hard to login when this is the kind of experience you can look forward to.

I still have not got a lopsided match yet, people do leave, but then I see " some random blue" has joined the battle. Something has been changed , or something started working.. as this did not happen at all last couple weeks when people left, at least in my experience with it. |

I received another fatal error just before DT. I am reinstalling game , as I was running one that was over 2 years old. A few people mentioned doing this caused the fatal errors to cease for them. Hoping it does, as it is basically a hard crash to the system and forces a system reboot. |

this has been happening to me for weeks, but not everyone, and sp etc seems to have nothing to do with it, which pretty much shows to anyone with any common sense that the matchmaking is totally broken, i've tried to bring this up before, but all you get in replies are usually trolls, (who still talk on forums but not play). There is a whole heap of things that can, and should be done by ccp to help to recify the situation, but will they?, is another question, and yes, i've tried everything recommended to do when encountering problems, but nothing works, cause the fault is not at the players end. Ccp needs to sort out this situation, before (like today for example) messing around with dropsuits, i mean, update today and euro server is just leaving you 'hanging waiting for deployment', c'mon ccp fix the matchmaking, before you do anything else and before you lose even more players, cause soon there will be so few left that nothing you can do will recify the situation, i mean for example i am signed in a lot, not always playing though, but in the past the time i put in i can always cap out before reset, for the past month, no matter how much i play i cannot find enough battles to cap out, why, because i'm sitting watching a timer, with an estimated 24 sec to find a battle hit 11.30 mins, back to back to back. So if matchmaking is not broken why do i get that happening, if there was no battles it should be like fw 00.00, so quite simply FIX IT

Don't blame everyone, friend. Many advocated for squad size reduction from 6 to 4. Had this occurred, the queues may have not needed to be split between high and low Mu.

They should add an option on "systems operations" > "options" where players can get into already started matches if so they want, like the aim assist option. Saddly, it sounds like lots of programming.

Different playstyles. Casual with no comms or pre-mades is valid for a video game and should be separate from the cookie cutter, mechanic exploiting tryhards.
The above is how you should play in PC where swamp ass matters.

well known? maybe a few years ago, very few ppl that knew me still play.
Atleast you got the arrogant part right though, I've forgotten more about this game than most of you will ever know :)
