I would guess 1.3 is not the only thing being worked on. I am hoping its a port also being worked on, but at this point it feels like we won't hear anything ever again. I don't believe that to be the case, it just feels that way.

It gives more versatility. Gal Scouts are the only one that can beat the beatable active and passive scans without a cloak, but you are sacrificing at least one Low Slot to do it. Lots of things you can put in a LS. Kincats, Armor, CBs etc.
