I would have to agree. Even in other games, I have used my squishy scout skills to benefit me. You play much more different when you are that weaker, and applying those skills to a different suit makes you formidable.

You didn't max your EWAR with 1 Complex Damp... You need 3 CDs or 2 and a proto cloak to really max. You can't even beat Amarr max precision with just 1 Damp.

It is more balanced than ever before. And Assaults got a buff, with Delta even adding HP to all Minamatar suits other than scouts. Not to mention team balancing. At the very least give it a try.
