Overall it was a great update. Scouts needed the clock and its awesome. Bugs and unbalanced new stuff is excusable. But bugs and glitches on old items are frustrating. Like most people i believe we want to see more improvement on existing things.

Ok so make STD SG to need damage mods to. And for them who did't understand it. SG have different dmg through the tier but in the difference is to small the hits needed to take a opponent down are the same for any tier.
