APD Seriously, I've seen HMG users often glitch their barrels through thin surfaces. For your situation though, it does sound to be based around lag.

If weapon mods were able to be on both high and low wise, there'd be people running nothing but weapon mods on assault builds. That would be fine but as everyone knows the stacking penalties are currently broken.

If there is a nest of annoying snipers, a precision strike works. And it doesn't matter how fast they can run although most likely they are still scoped when it rains.
