Well at least Gallente has their light dropsuit as well as medium one, same goes for minmatar. Amarr has a medium suit + heavy. But look at caldari, just mediums dropsuits, so i'd say caldari heavy/scout

Actually CCP should make blaster turrets shoot the sky, they lose optimal quick anyways, so just go high up. Dropships are not supposed to leave tanks defenseless, nor be better
