I'd go crazy if the guys in the previous weekend won simply because they didn't get 10 hour tranquility issues. Do something, anything, just fix it. Extend downtime, anything to replace the loss time.

Just to add, the Caldari Commando should also get bonuses to its swarm launcher, it's pretty obvious. Gallente Commandos too, why don't they get bonuses to their plasma cannons, I never understood that.
