I've been meaning to bring this up for a while but the measly 3% per level really needs altering 7-8 CPU saved at proto level for around 700k sp just really doesn't seem worth it. would it be so hard to bump it up to 4% or 5% per level?

Seeign as swarm launchers have had their range reduced and tanks generally hit an overdrive when they're getting hit how about introducing a stasis webbifier similar to the ones in EVE? a piece of equipment, not too different to a repair tool but...
