There is a reason for putting microwarp drives on capital ships is it draws you to be shot first in some cases. This is used to draw fire from other similar ships if your setup to tank better. Example is when you start targeting a group of ships...

As a heavy, can't I have two freaking uplinks that cost no bandwidth and are not a 20 second spawn. Call the uplink "Managed Uplink" and let it have no bandwidth so I can spawn back into my freaking heavy.. I wouldn't even care if when I deploy...
