I bought a Serpent scout APEX from a trade channel yesterday for 15mil ISK and a Nomad Assault Apex for 20mil and a Brutor Skin and didn't even know about this glitch. I didn't find out about the glitch till late last night when several of my corp mates were talking about it, I haven't tried the Serpent scout claim because it is an exploit of a small glitch that happened as a result of the hard work on this update. I understand if all the Serpent scouts that were claimed/sold as a result of this glitch will be removed, but if that happens, will those of us that didn't even know about the glitch get our ISK refunded? This is based both on my on and off experience with EVE online, CCP TOS and precedent set by shanghai. WoW has taught me that Purple means Legendary. This means Quafe suits are the optimal loadout for killing all of you.
