When they improve hit detection and sensitivity, I don't think it will be an issue, but right now, yes, this is definitely a problem, especially with scout shotgunners eating facefuls of bullets while they hop around blasting me to pieces.

If they plan on keeping base shield and armor hp from militia to proto the same, sniper rifle damage should probably be looked at. Personally I believe one shot kills that are not a headshot should be something you actually have to work to achieve...
