This was a problem in the last build too, the reason that snipers tend to notice more is because they use single shot weapons. It does happen to other weapon types too but it's a lot harder to spot.

Whatever they've done has really ****** logis over. I constantly switch between weapon, nanite, hive and repair tool. It used to be a smooth operation, now I've ended up a few times shooting my intended repair target with my mass driver >_<
