Best chance and lowest time, full squad. Never bother to search unless your in a squad of at least 4 people. I always seem to get my squad in pretty easy when it's full, especially when they are all my corp mates.

some times the assault forge does not fire, kinda like the time when the charge reduction skill was messed up. Full charge, firing sound, no projectile and no ammo spent. Happens up to three shots in a row for me some times.
