I don't think that it is entirely fair to say that the changes made in 1.4 made no difference on the battlefield. At this point having high ehp is irrelevant for instance because of the insane TTK for ARs.

It should also be pointed out that there is a monthly ebb and flow of players in the game that is quite evident if you look at the three month graph. You'll see that most months we taper off and this month is no different.
