I'd actually recommend this: STD - 1 high, 1 low ADV - 1 high, 2 low PRO - 2 high, 2 low. Oh, and change the commando suit bonus to 3% reduction to Light/Sidearm CPU/PG usage. That's much more fitting for the suits role than reload speed.
