I dobut that decent player will shoot at 600rof with ScR. CCP, just make ScR overheat per shoot. Then turbo controller wont give such advantage.

Everyone can be slayer. Logi/assault/scout/heavy. Logis now are in good spot. Assaults needs new bonuses. Logi have lower potential hp than assault as they will have same slots (H and L) layout. Wait for delta and more informations.
