New/Old OB [for 4k and 5k wp] deals up to 800-1000dmg per one strike. Flux strikes.. they take down whole gunlogi shields [4k] but i don't know if hardeners can reduce that damage.

HMG needs tweeks w/o doubt. Firstly Aim Assistance - HMG shouldn't be supported by AA. Then strafing could be a thing vs HMG. Secondly DPS/Range - HMG efficiency [max DPS] should fall after closer range than it's now.
