Better start looking for a squad if you can't take the preasure (SP and ISK). Squading-up with 3 decent players will improve your gameplay and time by a lot.

You can kills scouts from 12m+ cuz lol bons range. And who was saying normal SG is just as good. With normal SG you won't bring down fully tanked Amarr sentinel in just a blink. It's cool but anyone who's using it a on min assault is a scrub.

I will say this, but it's my personal opinion. If you learn how to play with a scout first (learn how to survive, where to take cover etc) you will have better time playing with an assault later on. For a scout you will be mostly limited to town...

I'd say tie. But overall Asians are good at games. I'm not talking about all the Asians just that most top players all around the world come from Asia. At least that's what I observed. Ps. Lag is a big factor in most of the cases.
