Only way to compensate would be to not strafe or turn hard when firing. Kinda problematic in CQC. ...funny thing is I have found myself doing just that, just never considered why... this would explain it.

What controller sensitivity do you guys use? I have it fairly high (to get a decent turn speed) so even the slightest nudge tends to overshoot the target when making fine adjustments... just like before the patch, really.

No. I think they should though, especially if they're firing in your direction. And vehicles should show up. Also the scanner should work in 360-¦ instead if being limited to your field of view and have more range.
