I still prefer the ROF bonus on MIN, as they're more inclined to be buzz saws/bullet hoses. The relatively low DPC incentivizes reloading after each kill. Amarr are more about staying power, while gallente is about sending their power quicker(?)...

I out-aim SCR's and RR's outside of 50meters. 85/75. I also mainly play CQC, and when i snipe that suits me too. My only problem is trying to hit a guy DIRECTLY above me, takes ages.
