Cloaks have not ruined the game, Their Active and recharge time have. It needs some nerfing. 60s is wayyy to long for it to be active, they also recharge wayyy to fast. Slow the recharge, lower the active times and and lower the reactivate % to.

Oh, Oh also, a quick fix for ambush would be to have respawn a set distance away from cranberries. Rather than have you spawn where the highest saturation of teammates are like it is now.
