Confirming, 360' plus scans are totally possible.
That what was done in 1.8 was a proper way to fix scanners.
(while probably not perfect surely better way to fix scanners here )
Came back to Dust from a break and what did I find?
Cloakies with absolute invisibility which works in all situations.=(

Using an offset trackball it is possible to generate a high rotational motion. It seems to work best when a frantic rotation is started before the scanner is activated. It is not definitively clear if a full 360 is achieve but it appears that way. There's also a tendency for the view to slide up or down as the rational speed is increased. Some dizziness and disorientation side effects slowed reaction time after a scan cycle.
I will continue field tests by fitting multiple Quantum Scanners. With luck it may be possible to recreate 360 Perma-Scanned Hell.

Lol, you say suck at DS3 like it's a bad thing. I outgrew game controllers about the same time I hit puberty, which would be age 9.
Also, how much do you think a keyboard and mouse costs these days? Also, do you not already have a keyboard and mouse? What century are you living in?

Check my SIG, the moment we get raw input is the moment that I become one of the best in the game. Aim assist is a fking joke to anyone proficient with a k/b and mouse and my scout buddy x7 lion can do 720 spins no problem and he switched from ds3 to k/b and mouse. I believe that the people who think its really bad are either hardware or software noobs/newbs, supporting an agenda OR just plain sht.
The guys who keep supporting raw input make me laugh, I can see through your inadequacies/ulterior motive and judging by ccps complete and blatant ignorance of the matter, I don't think you are fooling them either.

I have played counter strike for far too much time...
My accuracy with a KBM (after a bit of practice, since I am not a PC gamer anymore) is more than my accuracy with a DS3 after 4 years of playing almost exclusively with it.

Yeah defo. I, you and anyone else with that experience will dominate every single match with minimal effort, guaranteed every time. The people who dominate me now would become easy prey. It would wreck the game and 4 people with precision weapons or ohk weapons using k/b and mouse could win vs 16 any day.
It makes me laugh at the thought of being given raw input.
A scout ambushes me? No problem
Quick scoping? No problem
Tracking with pinpoint accuracy vs ds3? Lol 0 problem all day long lol
90%+ of shots being headshots? No problem
If raw input comes I'll start making vids lol.

I'm not boasting either. That's just how it will be and the only 1v1 I'd lose would be against other people with k/b and mouse and in a sense, k/b and mouse would become fotm. No one would willfully use a sluggish piece of ish like the ds3 eh?.
