I feel it could use a small accuracy buff. It's a weapon I don't really see that often on the battlefield. I rarely use them for the same reason. Unless it's a heavy your shooting, you'll have some difficulties kiling someone.

Keep all rifles the same but give the ar I TINY (NOTICE HOW I SAID TINY) damage and speed buff. That should do it. So idk at 1 damage point per level and increase speed of rifle from 1-5%.
