So as we all know now, all milita starter fits should use there own things. Frontline. Is ok with rifles and grenades but need racial pistols. Snipers should have smgs. Gal and min should use smg and Amarr and cal should use magsec smg. Anti vehicle should use av grenades and smgs and medics should have to equipment slots for rep and needle.
Logis need a hp buff. I feel there good asides from that.

logi and commando are getting buffed and tweeked in delta

Sniper should get smgs. Since we want racial fittings and since ammar are allied to caldari, why not give them magsec. I mean, yes they can use smg or pistols but I'm saying racially they should use magsec
