I run a Cal Scout.... The one I run at the start of the round? As fast as I can. The one I run the rest of the time. 9m/s or whatever the standard run rate is (I don't run bottles or plates typically).

That happens in FW. The unfortunate reality is that there is no way to practice as a 16v16 team outside of PC except by queue syncing in FW, and there are certain items that are very valuable in PCs -- both lead to what you describe. I sure wish...
