They did it on purpose, to stress test vehicles. They'll be putting the price up on vehicles, and a tighter quota (I think). Also, I believe that they're going to have 48-man games, so vehicles will have less of an impact.

No changes, apart from a hotfix to give us our 1mil SP and isk. They're developing the new build, and I've heard it's coming out next month. The servers go down over the week, not so they can develop, but so they can plan what to develop.

Um, they don't particularly need to test the maps. They randomly generate the terrain and add in buildings into slots. If they wanted you to test every map, you'd have to test... um... what was that number? 3k x 12 = 36k maps. Good luck with that....
