All BPOs obtainable at the moment require no skills to use. This means we won't have to spec into skills just to use the BPOs. Also, no, we won't be able to rename our characters. All the respec is is SP is being refunded so that we can reuse it....

Perhaps those with better SP just play with militia suits, just to hoard isk? Also, armor mods on an assault generally aren't advisable, as they slow you waaaay down. They might give more EHP against ARs and the like, but the decrease in mobility ...
