ScR rifle should be scared of gallente, MD should be scared of caldari. MD does good against shields. That and the fact it throws your aim with every hit, you don't really have a chance. I DO NOT WANT A FULL ON NERF, JUST A HIGHER RESISTANCE FOR...

From my experience AA in chromo was better than the current. Hip fire was a cake walk in chromo, now you have to still work for it. Basically all of this could have been avoided if aiming was left alone after chromo.
