Sniping or AR at most angles, with a clear shot the bullets wont register or will show as impacting on the capture node. Little shield impact splashes in mid air where a hole should be. Anyone else having this problem?

Shield Boost Systems grants 3% passive shield regen/level. It's a x2 sp skill. At level 5, on a Gunnlogi, that's +4 HP's... And it's not even 1hp/sec/level. 4hp?!?! A single Complex Armor Rep for infantry does more then this!
