My only regret about the Commando event is that I forgot to keep track of kills. I'm pretty sure I'm waaaay past the 400 mark. (Though, admittedly enough, it wouldn't stop me from using the Commando even if I'm at 1,000 kills. <3)

But why not skill into the Commando if you're going to use it? In 1.8, Commandos stand to only gain by skilling up the respective Commando suit. Even before 1.8, it was pretty nice to have. Can any other Commando user agree with me?

I'm agreeing with the others that say to try both. I won't say "USE THE COMMANDO OR LEAVE DUST!" or anything like that. A willing Commando is a welcomed one, though a Sentinel that holds his own is just as good.
