Can someone detail to me how I find a proto Gallente heavy with 1250 armor? Does nobody think that a bit too high? That suit would take two whole magazines of a Duvolle AR or a single if you land sixty (60) headshots. It would most likely require two magazines from a RR as well. This is the definition of a walking tank. This is the definition... Of Heavy514+(Cloaking and Co.) |

Good luck self-repping that. Let's say he has 1300 armor, you knock him down to 100. He has to rerep, at the pace of 1 hp/s, 1200 armor. It'll take twenty minutes to self-repair at that rate.
Also, plate stacking on heavies have detrimental effects on both their speed of walking, sprinting, and turning on top of reduced jump. Use it to your advantage. A heavily plated Gallente requires a logibro nearby to have that high armor be repaired.

plates need to slow you down a bit more, as it stands the normal plates give amazing amounts of Brick HP.
The ferroscale plates have no use since the different in speed boost is minimal.
The plates that offer passive rep only repair 1 hp a second at advanced...
Buff rep plates to 1/2/3 armor rep/sec with current plat speed debuff , increase speed debuff on plates 20%, increases how useful ferroplates are. |

Quick fix. Stop useing the ar and get a combat rifle.
The question is not if I can or can not, but who is going to stop me?

You should fit that suit with ferroscale plates, kin cats or reppers, not freaking complex armor plates in the lows...

Why would I get a scrub Minmatar weapon? My skills are into Amarr assault with all the laser weapons, not that they'd do anything against a 1250A heavy. Such is the life of the underpowered Amarr. |

No... ferroscale, and reactives, have no use because CCP made them to intensive to fit and the HP and repair is to low.

Are you supposed to take a heavy down by yourself with an assault rifle? Go play COD if thats what you want |
