Scouts don't necessarily have to have low hp. You can tank up to 800 - 900 life on a Gal scout. I have a adv scout suit, and I have around 650 life while moving as fast as Caldari assault with no plates on.

For PC everyone's is going to use scouts and heavies. And if the Rifles do get nerfed as well as DMG mods most people will probably switch to shotguns to.

No the Tac was way more OP because it didn't overheat, and you had what about 30 round clip? Compared to a scrambler which you can only shoot about 17 - 18.

I think that you should only be aloud 2 grenades, and you can't get more from hives. You have to go back to the supply depot to get more of them. Also you shouldn't be allowed to cook them.
