I will say the number of complaints over the logis have died down quite a bit and seeing more of the other classes now. Not sure if influx of new players and weapons is the cause. Still it may be better to adjust the TAR instead see how it works ...

There is no ETA other than its in the pipeline. As for what CCP does with SP involed it will be up to them. I would personally like to see the specific skills (amarr heavy and amarr sentinel suits) allowing you to change your race if you need to.
