Scout suits are borderline overpowered. If you're seen these new P.F.B guys running around in Scout suits, it's ridiculous. Impossible to hit, and extremely fast. Satori went 40-6 or something in one of them.

Also, I've seen Armor Tanks with 8-12 k total HP, and they dominate, while a Shield Tank who stacks up on shields will be killed much quicker. Shield tanks require use of various modules and resistance is the one major advantage they have.

I would like to know the logic behind this. First of all, the new sights for the Scrambler make aiming ridiculous. Secondly, range has been reduced for no reason. It was never considered a strong weapon, so IGÇÖd like to know why this was done.
