Use whichever appeals to you the most. Don't listen to the "X is better, stop kidding yourself" crowd because it is obvious once the nerfhammer strikes on the Cal logi and the TAR, many people will regret having spec'd into it for the wrong reasons.

I've been spontaneously blown up quite often in the new build only to find out that it was by a grenade later on on the kill feed. Either people have learnt how to cook grenades or there's some visual bug with the 'nade indicator.

Stats and the irons seem ok to me but that blue flash has got to go, or get toned down. Pretty hard to keep an eye on the heat meter, strafe, and see through the glow in order to keep that thing steady, all at the same time.

I've spec'd into prototype scanners and have been using the Creodron flux scanner (the one with 200m range) and it seems that, every once in a few matches, it simply does not work properly, meaning I get no red blips what so ever for the entirety ...

I've spec'd into it, seems effective although there may be some flaws with it as during 1 or 2 matches I was getting no blips at all. Apart from that, very effective, no doubt... but I don't thing there are any WP gains from it
